What A Mobile Detail Actually Involves
Mobile does not mean a bucket and a sponge in your driveway. Our van carries the same equipment a fixed shop uses — the only difference is the address.
We Arrive Fully Self-Contained
Our own water tank, generator and lighting come with us. You don't need to leave a hose out, run an extension cord or even be home. Apartment garages, office lots and gated driveways are all routine for us.
Safe Hand Wash — Never A Brush
Foam pre-soak to lift grit off the paint, then a two-bucket hand wash with clean microfiber mitts. Wheels are cleaned with separate tools so brake dust never travels onto your paint.
Full Interior Deep Clean
Hot water extraction on carpets and cloth seats, pH-balanced cleaner and conditioner on leather, compressed air through the vents, and every crevice, cup holder and door pocket cleared out.
Protection, Not Just Cleaning
Every exterior service finishes with wax or a synthetic sealant. Clean paint with nothing on it is unprotected paint — and in Dallas sun that is a matter of weeks, not months.
Quoted Before We Start
You hear the price before we open the van. If a car needs extra time for heavy pet hair, sand or deep staining, we tell you first and you decide. Nothing gets added to the bill at the end.

On heavily soiled vehicles: excessive pet hair, construction dust, sand, or a car that has gone a year or more without a clean may need extra time and product. Most vehicles are standard condition. If yours isn’t, we tell you the number before we start — never after.
How Mobile Service Works
Five steps from the moment you book to the moment you get the keys back. You do not need to be present for any of it.
Book online or call
Pick your package and vehicle size, and tell us the address. Call 214-876-9019 before noon and we can usually get you in the same day. We’re open seven days a week, 8AM to 7PM.
We confirm your arrival window
You get a confirmation with a two-hour arrival window, and a text when the technician is about 30 minutes out. If anything shifts on our route, you hear it from us first.
Tell us how to reach the car
Parking spot, gate code, garage level, where the keys are. That’s all we need. Plenty of our customers are in meetings the whole time we’re there — the work doesn’t need you.
We work on site
Everything comes out of the van — water, power, extractors, polishers and products. Nothing plugs into your home or office. We leave the space exactly as we found it.
We text you, you check the work
A message goes out the moment we finish. If you’re around, walk the car with the technician — anything that doesn’t meet your standard gets handled on the spot. Card, digital payment or cash.
Mobile Detailing FAQ
The questions we get asked most before a first booking.
No. Our van carries its own water tank and generator, so we’re completely self-sufficient. This is why we can work in apartment garages, office lots and storage facilities where there’s no tap or outlet anywhere nearby.
Not at all — most of our customers aren’t. Leave the keys somewhere we can reach them, send us the gate or garage code, and we’ll text you when it’s done. If you’d rather be there for the walkthrough at the end, just say so when booking.
A Basic Detail is around 90 minutes. A Full Detail runs about three hours. The Premium Detail takes four to five because of the clay bar and sealant steps. Large SUVs and trucks add roughly 30 minutes. We give you a realistic estimate when you book rather than a number that sounds good and then runs over.
Light rain isn’t usually a problem if there’s covered parking or a garage available. For heavy rain or storms we’ll call you the morning of and move the appointment to the next available slot at no charge. We’d rather reschedule than do work that gets ruined an hour later.
Yes, and we do it constantly across North Dallas. We take up about one and a half parking spaces and we don’t create runoff, so most complexes have no issue with it. Check with your management office if you’re unsure, and send us the gate code when you book.
